The AppResidency is a leadership pipeline of Appalachian Church designed to develop disciples who love God deeply and love people faithfully.

This intentional process trains qualified leaders to:

• Live on mission as disciple-makers
• Serve effectively in the local church
• Discern and develop a call to leadership or church planting

The residency focuses on spiritual formation, leadership development, ministry experience, and church-planting readiness.

How Does It Work?

A hybrid (online & in-person) leadership journey that develops leaders and missionaries through:

• Guided self-study
• Personal reflection
• Coaching relationships

Participants receive training in 20+ areas of missional leadership, forming both character and competency.
